Site_data
Houdini Digital Asset (site_data) for loading a drone show config file and displaying site information (show name, drone count, altitude bounds, animation dimensions).

Parameters

Config file config | File | — | Show config file (.cfg) of the site. On selection the show name, drone count, altitude limits and animation size are read from it and shown above. The node also draws from it the drones' ground positions, the flight zone, the show volume and the spectators' position. |
Map size map_size | Integer | 500 | Side of the square satellite map in pixels of the map image, centered on the show origin. One pixel covers 1.19 m × cos(latitude) of ground, so 500 is about 450 m at 40° latitude. Changing it while the map is shown downloads the map again. |
Load map download_and_show_map | Button strip | Off | Download satellite imagery around the show origin from the config file and lay it under the scene. Needs an internet connection and a license. Turn off to hide the map. |

Usage
- Load config — Set
Config fileto a.cfgshow config file. The info label auto-populates with:- Show name
- Drone count
- Min/Max altitude (m)
- Animation width, depth, height (m)
- View map — Adjust
Map sizeif needed, then toggle Load map to download and display the site map
